Return shipping is to be paid by the recipient, and goods need to be shipped back to 297 Forest Avenue in Portland, Maine 04101 within 7 business days of its arrival and in new condition. Upon receipt of your timely return, we will credit your account the full price of the rug minus shipping and handling fees.
